I'm Anna and I'm passionate about the Ketogenic lifestyle. It has radically changed my life in so many ways. It has given me freedom that I never thought I would have to eat incredible foods! 

Another passion is baking and while on vacation with best friends we all had a lightbulb moment...A KETOGENIC BAKERY! And The Carolina Keto Bakery was born! I am so excited to offer healthful treats that can fit beautifully into a Ketogenic lifestyle.
